NVIDIA Omniverse

Digital twin and robotics simulation demos built with NVIDIA Omniverse, OpenUSD, and related tooling.

Selected demos from work on digital twins, factory simulation, and robotics visualization using the NVIDIA Omniverse platform and OpenUSD.

These talks highlight simulation pipelines, Omniverse integration, and robotics visualization — themes from roles focused on computational geometry, digital twins, and GPU-accelerated workflows.

Factory Simulations with NVIDIA Omniverse Platform

The virtual factory environment in this demo consists of five wood product handling bays. Each bay contains two FANUC R-2000iC/125L digital twins, which makes a total of ten robots running at the same time! The RIOS virtual factory environment generated using the RIOS Digital Twin Framework is also capable of communicating two-way with an external robotics software stack.

NVIDIA GTC 2023 - Box Palletizing Demo for Omniverse Robotics

In this demo, we used a digital twin of the FANUC M-710iC/50 robot equipped with a digital twin of the Schmalz FXCB area gripper. All the digital twins are generated using the RIOS Digital Twin Framework. The cardboard boxes are generated by a custom extension we developed at RIOS.
